About the Course
The Introduction to Customer Discovery course provides participants with a methodology to explore and identify key customer segments for their innovations. In addition, they will learn to properly conduct customer discovery interviews and apply the insights to their business models. Leveraging the Lean Launchpad methodology participants will learn the fundamental step in the commercialization process. The skills introduced can also be applied to de-risking projects regardless of career path.
The course is deployed over 3 weeks. Participants are expected to secure 20 interviews. |

How to Apply
The course is targeted to graduate students, faculty, and staff at HBCUs - it is open to all majors and colleges. However, we accept applications from the broader community.
